How long will the process take?
We want to deliver your new website as soon as possible, but the timeframe of the project depends on the amount of work/services that you're interested in.
How much does it cost?
We prepare an individual offer for each client. Every project is different, the price is calculated based on the information we get from the creative brief.
Do you offer domain registration and website hosting services?
We don’t do domain registration and hosting services. But we will be happy to help you with the purchasing process.
How is the payment handled?
After signing the contract we require 40% of the project value at the time of starting the project. When your project is ready you'll get a second invoice with 60% of the price. For projects with high value, we are happy to discuss and receive payments in 3 or more installments.
What if my project is designed in a different program?
We mainly use Figma and Adobe XD, but we also accept Photoshop files (PSD).
Can I cancel my order?
Before the development process begins we will honour any cancelations. However, once development begin there will be no refunds.
